Marcos Van Rafelghem

Marcos Van Rafelghem is a lawyer graduated from the University of Buenos Aires. He holds a Master of Business Law from Monash University in Australia and has completed studies in Data Protection at the Academy of European Law in Germany. He specializes in structuring investment projects, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and conflict resolution. He has extensive experience in commercial litigation and arbitration, having led legal teams in highly complex transactions.
With significant international experience, he has worked in Hong Kong as a legal consultant for Civic Exchange and Apco Asia, and in Paris as an intern at the International Court of Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce. Marcos also worked at Brons & Salas in the labor law department and at Ford Argentina, primarily handling contractual matters. In 2007, he returned to Argentina to found Van Rafelghem Abogados, a boutique law firm dedicated to corporate clients.
He is the author of several publications, including “International Arbitration in South America”, “Lessons for Hong Kong: Air Quality Management in London and Los Angeles”, and “Marine Emission Reduction Options for Hong Kong and the Pearl River Delta Region” (co-authored with Caitlin Gall). Marcos is a member of the Buenos Aires Bar Association, president and founder of Australian Alumni Argentina, and serves as a director and auditor for various commercial companies, some of which are publicly listed. He also provides pro bono legal advice to educational and rural organizations. Marcos works proficiently in both Spanish and English.

Angelo Colombo​ Mosetti

A lawyer graduated from Universidad Católica Argentina, Angelo Colombo Mosetti holds a Master’s in Law from Universidad Austral. He has been with VAN RAFELGHEM ABOGADOS since 2007, specializing in advising both national and international companies on commercial and corporate matters. With extensive experience in litigation and dispute resolution, Angelo is a skilled negotiator who has played a pivotal role in the successful execution of M&A transactions and in resolving complex, high-stakes disputes. Throughout his career, he has provided legal counsel to a wide range of companies in both the public and private sectors. Angelo has been a member of the Buenos Aires Bar Association since 2009 and the San Isidro Bar Association since 2010. He is fluent in both Spanish and English.

Diego Oscar Berdini

Lawyer graduated from the University of Buenos Aires. Specialized in Labor Law and Labor Relations, with extensive experience in advising on both Individual and Collective Labor Law. He worked for fifteen years in leading law firms advising large and medium-sized companies, with significant expertise in litigation. He served as Operations Manager of Human Resources and Labor Relations at Alpargatas SAIC and was a parity member in the textile and cotton ginning industries. He has broad experience in labor and union relations. He has been a member of the Buenos Aires Bar Association since 1994. He is professionally fluent in both Spanish and English.

Enrique Rodolfo Di Iorio

Lawyer graduated from the University of Buenos Aires in 1995. Specialized in commercial and civil law. He has 10 years of experience as an employee and official of the Federal Courts (Commercial and Civil Matters). He worked for 23 years in leading law firms, advising and representing national and multinational companies in the area of litigation. He was a lecturer in Commercial Law Elements at the Faculty of Law of the University of Buenos Aires and in Insolvency Law at the Universidad Católica de Salta. He co-authored the article “Effects of Bankruptcy on Contracts with Pending Reciprocal Obligations,” published in the book Empresa en crisis, Alfredo L. Rovira (Editor), Astrea, 2005. He has been a member of the Buenos Aires Bar Association since 1996, the San Isidro Bar Association since 2000, and holds a federal license (CFLP) since 2002. He is professionally fluent in both Spanish and English.

Ana Belen Serrano

She has worked in various public administration departments and has been involved in professional matters related to the Tax Office of the Province of Buenos Aires. She also has experience in numerous ongoing civil and commercial cases and serves as legal advisor for an NGO. She has been an active member of the Mercedes Bar Association since 2019.
